Ingredients
- 1 package cooked spaghetti noodles
- 5 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 cup cream
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- Brown bacon in skillet with the chopped garlic and generous sprinkling of black pepper.
- Once cooked, chop the bacon.
- Mix cream and cheese together in a mixing bowl, stirring well to prevent lumps. Stir bacon into the mix.
- Combine cooked pasta with carbonara sauce.
- Season the carbonara with several turns of freshly ground black pepper and taste for salt.
- Mound the spaghetti carbonara into warm serving bowls and garnish with chopped parsley.
