Spaghetti Carbonara

Ingredients
  • 1 package cooked spaghetti noodles
  • 5 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley
  • salt and pepper
Instructions
  1. Brown bacon in skillet with the chopped garlic and generous sprinkling of black pepper.
  2. Once cooked, chop the bacon.
  3. Mix cream and cheese together in a mixing bowl, stirring well to prevent lumps. Stir bacon into the mix.
  4. Combine cooked pasta with carbonara sauce.
  5. Season the carbonara with several turns of freshly ground black pepper and taste for salt.
  6. Mound the spaghetti carbonara into warm serving bowls and garnish with chopped parsley.
