This is one of our absolute favorite recipes for gift-giving. It’s easy, the kids can help, and it freezes beautifully so make a few batches and you’ll have a sweet homemade treat for when company drops in or when you need to whip up a hostess/teacher/neighbor/mail delivery person/etc. gift. It’s versatile–cut into small squares it fills a coffee mug for a cute presentation, chop it coarsely and use it as an ice cream topping, or you can cut it into biscotti-size bars and wrap in cellophane and ribbon. Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 box chocolate chip Teddy Graham® cookies, finely crushed
- 1 1/4 cups English toffee bits (in baking section)
- 1 cup semisweet choc chips
- 1 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 ounces)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Line 13 x 9 pan with nonstick foil, allowing foil to extend over ends of pan. Pour melted butter in pan. Sprinkle cookie crumbs in bottom of pan; press firmly and bake at 325°F for 5 minutes.
- Layer toffee bits and next four ingredients over crust in pan, pressing each layer down firmly. Pour condensed milk over top. Bake at 325°F for 30 minutes or until edges are lightly browned and bubbly. Cool completely in pan (better yet: put in fridge for a couple of hours or overnight) before trying to remove them from the pan.
- Lift foil out of pan. Cut into bars. Enjoy!
